“Sustainability: Is Green the New Black?”

Cincinnati Tri State Chapter NIRI Presents:
“Sustainability: Is Green the New Black?”
Karin Kane, Thomson Reuters

Members and guests of the Cincinnati Tri State Chapter of NIRI gathered on Dec. 2 for an informative discussion on investor attention to sustainability issues.

Before getting down to business, everyone enjoyed browsing the latest trends and styles in bath, kitchen and lighting fixtures at the beautiful Ferguson Showroom. A special thanks to John English, vice president of North American investor relations at Wolseley* and chapter membership chair for hosting the December meeting.

Our speaker for the evening was Karin Kane, director of strategic research at Thomson Reuters. Karin shared insights on what IR professionals need to know about sustainability including steps IROs can take now to ensure they are prepared to answer investor inquiries about their company and sustainability.
